How to unsubscribe
1
Find the unsubscribe link
Every Klipy email cluster that supports unsubscribing includes an Unsubscribe link in its footer. Look for it at the bottom of the message.
2
Click the link
You’ll land on a confirmation page naming the specific type of email you’re unsubscribing from — for example, onboarding emails or meeting recap emails — so you know exactly what you’re turning off.
3
Confirm
Confirming applies the suppression right away. Klipy won’t send you that type of email again after this step completes, and there’s nothing further to do — no separate settings page to also update.
Who unsubscribing protects
Klipy suppresses sends in two different ways, depending on who the recipient is.
Both paths are checked before every send, so you don’t need to unsubscribe more than once for the same type of email to stay protected. Which path applies to you depends entirely on whether you have a Klipy account, not on how you received the email.
Turning off agent notification emails per delegation
Agent notification emails — alerts tied to a specific delegation, like a run completing or needing your attention — have their own opt-out separate from the two suppression paths above.- Per-delegation toggle — each delegation has its own notification setting, so you can turn off email alerts for one delegation while keeping them on for another.
- Checked at send time — Klipy re-checks the toggle at the moment it’s about to send, not just when the delegation was scheduled, so a change you make takes effect even for notifications that were already queued.
- No master switch — there isn’t currently a single setting to turn off all agent notification emails at once across every delegation. If you run several delegations and only want alerts from one, adjust each one’s toggle individually.
Who Klipy will never email
Klipy checks its suppression records before every send and will never email:- An address that’s been added to the suppression list, whether from an unsubscribe or another reason
- An address that has hard bounced — Klipy’s email provider reports the address as undeliverable
- An address that has filed a spam complaint against a Klipy email
- A Klipy user whose email preferences mark them as opted out of that specific type of email
When to contact us
If you unsubscribed or your address bounced or complained, but you’re still receiving that type of email from Klipy, reach out through the Get help option in Klipy’s Help menu. Include the email address involved and which type of Klipy email you’re still seeing, so the team can check your suppression status directly. How do I unsubscribe from a Klipy email?
How do I unsubscribe from a Klipy email?
Click the Unsubscribe link in the footer of the email, then confirm on the page that follows. It applies immediately and names the specific email type you’re turning off.
What happens if I click an unsubscribe link twice?
What happens if I click an unsubscribe link twice?
Nothing goes wrong. The second click is treated as a no-op success, so accidental double-clicks or email client link previews are safe.
Does unsubscribing turn off all Klipy emails or just one type?
Does unsubscribing turn off all Klipy emails or just one type?
Just the type named on the confirmation page, like onboarding or meeting recap emails. Klipy tracks suppression per email type, not as one global switch.
Can I stop agent notification emails for just one delegation?
Can I stop agent notification emails for just one delegation?
Yes. Each delegation has its own notification toggle, so you can turn off email alerts for one delegation without affecting any others.
Will Klipy email an address that bounced or complained?
Will Klipy email an address that bounced or complained?
No. Addresses that hard bounce or file a spam complaint are added to Klipy’s suppression list, and Klipy checks that list before every send.
