The Klipy workspace is organized into three kinds of areas: where you see what happened (Home, Interactions), where you manage outcomes (To-dos, Drafts, Pipelines, People, Companies), and where you work in real time (Unibox, Calendar, Notes). Use this map to learn where to go after you sign up.

Workspace surfaces

SurfaceWhat you use it for
HomeYour activity feed: recent AI actions, items waiting for approval, and deal-related updates in one place.
To-dosOpen commitments Klipy extracted from conversations—prioritized so you know what still needs doing.
DraftsThe approval queue: follow-up emails, proposals, and outreach Klipy wrote from context. Nothing sends until you approve here.
InteractionsThe full log of email threads, meetings, and messages Klipy has captured, so you can trace any decision back to the source.
PipelinesDeal view with stages, scorecards, and stakeholder maps that update as new conversations come in.
PeopleContact records enriched from what was said and written, with relationship strength and history.
CompaniesCompany profiles tied to your people and deals, filled in from email and conversation context.
UniboxOne inbox to read and reply across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email, with AI-suggested replies you still control.
CalendarYour schedule with the notetaker joining meetings you choose and briefs before calls.
NotesFree-form notes you add; Klipy can pull them into context when generating drafts and suggestions.

How the surfaces connect

Klipy captures conversations from the channels you connect—email, meetings, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and related calendar events. Those events land in Interactions and inform People, Companies, and Pipelines. Processing extracts sales intelligence from each conversation — summaries, buying signals, open questions, and concerns — and turns that into work items: suggested follow-ups and messages queue in Drafts; extracted commitments queue in To-dos. Home surfaces the newest activity and what needs your attention first. You review drafts in Drafts (and can work from Unibox or Calendar when you are replying or preparing for a meeting). When you approve a draft, Klipy sends it; CRM-facing updates and pipeline views reflect what you approved. Notes add private context so the next round of drafts matches how you want to position an account.
Nothing is sent on your behalf without an explicit approval in the draft flow. Klipy prepares; you decide.
