What counts as one channel
Each of the following counts as one connected channel:| Channel type | Example | Counts as |

If you connect one Gmail account and one LinkedIn account, that uses 2 of your plan’s channel slots.

Go to Settings → Integrations
Open Settings from the top-right corner, then click Integrations or Connected channels.
Choose a channel to add
Select the channel type you want to connect — Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
Disconnecting a channel
Disconnecting a channel frees up that slot in your plan. Existing data (contacts, conversation history) that was already synced into Klipy is not deleted when you disconnect. To disconnect, go to Settings → Integrations, find the channel, and click Disconnect.Frequently asked questions

Yes. Each individual email account — even two Gmail accounts — counts as a separate connected channel.
Does the meeting notetaker count as a channel?

No. The meeting notetaker is included separately and doesn’t consume a channel slot.

You won’t be able to connect additional channels until you either disconnect an existing one or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.
