Klipy meters two things that carry real external cost: enriching a company costs 0.5 tokens flat and is free during your onboarding import, while transcribing a meeting costs 10 tokens for every hour of actual recorded time, billed once the meeting ends. Both draw on paid third-party providers, so both are metered instead of folded into a flat price.

What is enrichment, and how much does it cost in Klipy?

Enrichment is Klipy filling in company data it doesn’t already have — the details that turn a bare company record into something you can actually work with. Because Klipy pulls that data from real external providers, it carries a real cost, which is why enrichment is one of the few things metered directly instead of folded into a flat action price. Enriching a company through Klipy costs 0.5 tokens, flat, whether it’s your agent triggering enrichment automatically while working a deal or you triggering it manually on a record. Enrich ten companies and you spend five tokens, no matter which companies they are or how much data comes back.
Enrichment during your initial onboarding import is free. When Klipy first pulls in your existing companies, house-funded enrichment fills them in at no cost to you.
Richer enrichment options — more data depth, more sources — are on the way in Klipy. Pricing for those hasn’t been finalized.

How much does meeting transcription cost in Klipy?

Recording and transcribing a meeting through Klipy costs 10 tokens per hour, billed once the meeting ends and based on its actual duration rather than a flat per-meeting price. Like enrichment, this reflects a real cost: transcription runs through a third-party provider, so Klipy meters it directly rather than absorbing it into a flat price. Both enrichment and meeting transcription work the same way in Klipy’s token system — you’re charged for the exact amount used, tokens per company or tokens per hour, rather than a flat guess regardless of how much was actually processed.
