You can cancel your Klipy subscription at any time. No need to contact support — cancellation is self-serve from within your account settings.

How to cancel

Open Settings

Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner and select Settings.

Go to Billing

Select Billing from the left-hand sidebar.

Click Cancel plan

Find the Cancel plan option and confirm. Your subscription will be cancelled.

What happens after you cancel

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period. You’ve already paid for the rest of the month (or year), so you keep full access until that period ends.
  • Your data is retained. Contacts, meeting summaries, email history, and drafts remain in your account.
  • Your account downgrades to the free plan at the end of the billing period. Free plan limits (token allowance, connected channels) will apply from that point.

Yes. You can re-subscribe at any time from Settings → Billing. All your existing data will still be there.
No. Once you cancel, billing stops at the end of your current period. You won’t be charged for the next cycle.
Your access continues until the end of the annual period you’ve paid for. Klipy’s terms of service do not include prorated refunds for the unused portion of an annual subscription. Read the full terms →
Yes. If you’re the workspace admin, cancelling will downgrade the entire workspace, not just your personal account. All teammates will move to the free plan limits when the billing period ends.
There is no formal pause feature. If you’re cancelling due to a temporary situation, you can cancel now and re-subscribe later without losing your data.
