Unibox needs at least one connected messaging channel (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email). If you have not connected anything yet, follow Connecting channels first.
What’s in Unibox
Unibox pulls 1:1 conversations you care about into a single chronological feed. You can scan everything at once or narrow the list by channel.| Channel | What appears | What is not here |
|---|---|---|
| Direct messages from your connected account | Posts, feed browsing, connection requests, or the full LinkedIn UI | |
| Messages from WhatsApp chats you have configured in Klipy | Broadcast lists or use outside your linked chats | |
| Telegram | Messages from your connected Telegram account | Channels or bots you have not set up to surface here |
| Email (Gmail or Outlook) | Threads that need a response—same connected mail you use elsewhere in Klipy | A full mail client replacement for every folder and label |
- Reply later (snooze) — Dismiss a thread and have it come back at a time you choose.
- Interactions log — Replies and activity are captured on the contact’s record automatically, so CRM history stays current without copy-paste.
Replying with AI suggestions
Klipy surfaces a suggested reply under many messages so you can move faster without giving up control—nothing sends until you confirm.A message arrives
New or updated threads show up in the unified feed (or in the channel filter you selected).
Review the AI suggestion
Below the message, Klipy shows a drafted reply based on the thread and your context.
Accept, edit, or write your own
Send the suggestion as-is, edit it first, or replace it entirely—your choice.
Inline context
The inline context panel keeps you oriented without leaving Unibox. Depending on the contact and your data, you may see:- Profile — Who you are talking to and key profile details.
- Deal stage — Where they sit in your pipeline when that is tracked in Klipy.
- Recent conversation history — Prior touchpoints so the next reply matches the relationship.
What Unibox doesn’t do
- It is not a replacement for LinkedIn (or any network’s) full product — You manage conversations and replies here, not your whole social workflow.
- It is not for broadcast or bulk messaging — Unibox is for 1:1 conversation management, not campaigns at scale.
- It does not include internal team chat — Slack, Microsoft Teams, and similar internal tools are not part of Unibox.
