Unibox is Klipy’s unified inbox: one screen where messages from your connected channels appear together so you are not jumping between email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram just to see who needs a reply.
Unibox needs at least one connected messaging channel (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email). If you have not connected anything yet, follow Connecting channels first.

What’s in Unibox

Unibox pulls 1:1 conversations you care about into a single chronological feed. You can scan everything at once or narrow the list by channel.
ChannelWhat appearsWhat is not here
LinkedInDirect messages from your connected accountPosts, feed browsing, connection requests, or the full LinkedIn UI
WhatsAppMessages from WhatsApp chats you have configured in KlipyBroadcast lists or use outside your linked chats
TelegramMessages from your connected Telegram accountChannels or bots you have not set up to surface here
Email (Gmail or Outlook)Threads that need a response—same connected mail you use elsewhere in KlipyA full mail client replacement for every folder and label
Across the feed you also get:
  • Reply later (snooze) — Dismiss a thread and have it come back at a time you choose.
  • Interactions log — Replies and activity are captured on the contact’s record automatically, so CRM history stays current without copy-paste.
When you send from Unibox, the message goes out on the right channel behind the scenes: LinkedIn from your LinkedIn connection, WhatsApp from your WhatsApp account, Telegram from Telegram, and email from Gmail or Outlook. You stay in one Klipy tab.

Replying with AI suggestions

Klipy surfaces a suggested reply under many messages so you can move faster without giving up control—nothing sends until you confirm.
1

A message arrives

New or updated threads show up in the unified feed (or in the channel filter you selected).
2

Review the AI suggestion

Below the message, Klipy shows a drafted reply based on the thread and your context.
3

Accept, edit, or write your own

Send the suggestion as-is, edit it first, or replace it entirely—your choice.
4

Send

When you are ready, send through the connected channel. Klipy does not post on your behalf without that explicit step.

Inline context

The inline context panel keeps you oriented without leaving Unibox. Depending on the contact and your data, you may see:
  • Profile — Who you are talking to and key profile details.
  • Deal stage — Where they sit in your pipeline when that is tracked in Klipy.
  • Recent conversation history — Prior touchpoints so the next reply matches the relationship.
Use it to answer in one pass instead of opening the CRM or another tab for every reply.

What Unibox doesn’t do

  • It is not a replacement for LinkedIn (or any network’s) full product — You manage conversations and replies here, not your whole social workflow.
  • It is not for broadcast or bulk messaging — Unibox is for 1:1 conversation management, not campaigns at scale.
  • It does not include internal team chat — Slack, Microsoft Teams, and similar internal tools are not part of Unibox.
