Accepted CRM suggestion — 1 token. Charged the moment you click accept on a Mailroom or CRM suggestion (a proposed deal, todo, or field update). Rejecting the same suggestion costs nothing. Accepted follow-up draft — 2 tokens. Charged when you accept or send an agent-drafted message, including a scheduled send. If you cancel a scheduled send before it goes out, the 2 tokens are refunded. Meeting recorded — 10 tokens per hour. Charged after the meeting ends, based on actual recording duration. This covers the real cost of transcription. You’re charged for the bot you invited, not for meetings Klipy merely has access to. Company enriched — 0.5 tokens, flat. Every enrichment costs the same 0.5 tokens regardless of how much data comes back. Enrichment that happens automatically during onboarding import is free — Klipy covers that cost, not you. Autonomous delegation run — 1 token, flat. Charged once a delegation run completes and its result is verified. A run that fails costs nothing. A sandbox or preview run costs nothing. All the CRM writes a run makes along the way are included in that single token — they are never metered individually. All CRM writes are free, whether you make them yourself in the app, through the API, or by directing Hey Klipy interactively. Creating a record and updating one are treated the same: free either way. Only writes made autonomously inside a billed delegation run are ever tied to a token — and even then, they’re covered by that run’s single flat charge, not billed per write. Composing with AI is free. If you ask Klipy to help you draft or rewrite a message and then you send it, that’s your labor with AI assistance — not autonomous work Klipy delivered on its own. No charge.The one-line summary: a charge lands only at a consent moment, at a price visible before you agree to it. You pay for what Klipy delivers autonomously or for what carries real cost — never for cheap mechanical writes, and never for working alongside the agent.
