Are you training the models with my communications?

Absolutely not. We do not fine tune the models based on user's private conversations or data. We also use a completely isolated and independent deployment of the models to prevent model developers (OpenAI, Anthrophic, etc.) from training their model on our user's data as well.

What if the AI makes mistakes or sends something inappropriate?

Klipy never sends anything without your approval. We prepare suggestions and drafts for you to review, edit, and send when you're ready. You always maintain complete control over your communications, ensuring your professional reputation remains intact.

Who has access to my communications?

Accepted Answer

Only the system has access to your communications through an encrypted API channels directly with the communication providers. Our team (humans) do not have access to this and we do not store nor cache your communications anywhere as well.

What's the difference between Klipy and other AI assistants?

A lot of assistants are focused on organizing your calendar and emails with tagging and shortcuts. Klipy is focused on knowledge management and proactive relationship development support by tracking both personal and professional details that makes your network feel a little more special by interacting with you.

Actual executive secretaries can do much more than Klipy does. However, the risk and the cost of human secretaries are also much higher. A lot of the benefits of having a secretary come from maintaining discipline and decluttering myriad of information you handle on day-to-day basis, which a machine can definitely do better, 24/7, without asking for a raise or a break.

Currently, Klipy supports Gmail/Outlook email, calendar, and Zoom. Linkedin, and WhatsApp & Telegram integrations are coming soon. You can also use our API or integration partners like Zapier to connect additional tools you need to connect Klipy to.

Yes! Klipy makes transitioning from other systems simple with our import tool. You can bring in contacts from spreadsheets, other CRMs, or email contacts. After import, Klipy immediately begins organizing and enriching your contact data.
