Create your account

Go to app.klipy.ai/sign-up and create an account. Sign-up takes under a minute.

Complete onboarding

Klipy asks two questions before it does anything else:What language should Klipy use? Klipy prepares your drafts, summaries, and suggestions in the language you choose. These are personal settings—each team member sets their own. Pick the language you use with most of your clients and contacts. You can change this later in your personal settings.Which channels should Klipy focus on? Tell Klipy which channels carry your most important conversations—email, meetings, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or a combination. This is also a personal setting—your channel focus doesn’t affect how Klipy works for other members of your workspace.

Connect your email

Connect Gmail or Outlook via OAuth. This is the step that unlocks Klipy.Click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook, authorize access, and Klipy begins working immediately.
You need access to your Google or Microsoft account to complete this step. If your organization requires admin approval for OAuth apps, contact your IT administrator before proceeding.

What happens when you connect

Klipy reads your email history and does five things in the background:
  1. Builds your contact graph — Imports contacts and scans recent threads to map who you talk to and how often.
  2. Reconstructs your conversations — Analyzes significant email threads end-to-end: what was discussed, what was promised, where things were left.
  3. Surfaces hidden deals — Flags threads with buying signals, open questions, or no reply in a while. Each shows what happened and suggests a next step.
  4. Generates to-do suggestions — Creates a prioritized action list: follow up here, reply there, re-engage this account. Each links to the relevant thread.
  5. Prepares your first drafts — Writes a follow-up, re-engagement note, or reply for the most time-sensitive items. Drafts are based on the actual conversation, in your voice.
All of this happens without you doing anything after the OAuth connection. Within a few minutes, you have a full picture of your pipeline.

Accept your first suggestion

Open your approval queue. You’ll see the to-do suggestions and drafts Klipy prepared from your email history.Read through the first suggestion.
