What 200 tokens means in practice
200 tokens a month is enough to get real work done without worrying about token budgets. Here’s how that might look:- If you send 100 follow-up drafts a month, you use 200 tokens (2 per send). Plenty of room for other actions.
- If you accept 200 CRM suggestions a month, you’re at your limit — just suggestions, no drafts or meetings.
- If you attend 1–2 recorded meetings a month, that’s 10–20 tokens. You’ve still got 180–190 left for drafts and suggestions.
- If you enrich 50 companies a month, that’s 25 tokens. The rest is available for other agent work.
Per-action costs are listed in What costs tokens. Rejecting a draft, ignoring a suggestion, or using your own CRM writes never costs a token.
What happens when your tokens run out
By default, Klipy pauses token-consuming actions — drafts, meetings, enrichment — until your allowance resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can still use the full app: edit your CRM, send your own messages, use Hey Klipy, run reports. Token-free work continues uninterrupted. Overage (pay-per-token beyond your allowance) is not on by default. If you’d like to enable it, contact support — there’s no self-serve switch today. When to upgrade
Free works until it doesn’t. Upgrade to a paid plan when:- You need more inboxes. Paid plans offer unlimited connected channels. Free is capped at 2.
- You need more tokens. Paid plans offer 400, 1,500, or 4,000 tokens per seat depending on the tier.
- You need multiple seats. Free is single-user. Paid plans let you add teammates.
Why Klipy gives this away
The free plan is built to prove the product’s value, not to be a forever trial. Every seller running their pipeline on Klipy surfaces what’s broken, what’s missing, and what drives real deal velocity. That feedback shapes what Klipy builds next. You growing your pipeline is what lets Klipy grow — the arrangement runs both ways.Next
