If you’ve never used a CRM before — or you tried one and found it too much maintenance — this is the right place to start.

What Klipy actually does

Traditional CRMs ask you to log your calls, update deal stages, and fill in fields manually. Klipy works differently. It reads your email, meeting transcripts, and messages, then surfaces what needs your attention and writes the first draft of your next move. You connect your email once. From that point, Klipy:
  • Maps who you’re talking to and how often
  • Reconstructs the history of each relationship
  • Surfaces contacts and deals that need follow-up
  • Writes draft emails and action suggestions — waiting for your approval before anything is sent
You approve or edit. Klipy handles the rest.

What you need to get started

No credit card required. Klipy’s free plan gives you access to the core features to get started.

Your first five minutes

1

Create your account

Go to app.klipy.ai/sign-up and create your account. It takes under a minute.
You can sign up with any email address, but using your work email gives Klipy better context to research your company, build your messaging profile, and understand who you’re selling to. Gmail or personal email works technically, but you’ll get less out of the AI features.
2

Answer two setup questions

Klipy asks what language you use with clients and which channels (email, meetings, LinkedIn, etc.) you want it to focus on. These are personal settings — each teammate can configure their own.
3

Connect your email

Click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook and authorize access through the standard OAuth pop-up. This is the step that unlocks Klipy.Within a few minutes of connecting, Klipy will have processed your email history and populated your dashboard with contacts, suggested follow-ups, and draft emails.
4

Check your approval queue

Open the Drafts or To-dos section. You’ll find Klipy’s first suggestions based on your email history — follow-ups, re-engagements, or replies to threads that went quiet.Read through one. Edit it if you want. Then approve it. Klipy sends it.
Tokens are only consumed when you accept Klipy’s work — generating a draft is free. Learn how tokens work →

Common first questions

No. When you connect your email, Klipy imports contacts from your email history automatically. You can also import a CSV if you have an existing contact list from another tool. How to import contacts →
Never. Every draft, follow-up, and message Klipy writes sits in your approval queue until you explicitly approve it. Nothing is sent automatically.
You can explore the interface, but Klipy’s core value comes from reading your conversations. Without a connected email or calendar, most features won’t have data to work with.
Yes. Once your account is set up, you can invite teammates from Settings → Members. Each person connects their own email and calendar. How to invite teammates →
