Roles
Klipy has two roles:| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manage workspace settings, billing, invite/remove members, and access all features |
| Member | Use all core Klipy features — email, meetings, contacts, drafts — but cannot manage billing or workspace settings |
How to invite a teammate
Go to Settings → Members
Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner and select Settings, then Members.
What happens when a teammate joins
When a teammate accepts an invitation and creates their account, they:- Connect their own email and calendar (each person’s email is theirs alone — it’s not shared)
- Configure their own language and channel preferences
- Get access to the shared contact database and workspace meetings
Managing existing team members
From Settings → Members you can:- Change a member’s role — promote a Member to Admin or demote an Admin to Member
- Remove a member — revoke their access to the workspace
- Resend or revoke invitations — if a teammate hasn’t accepted yet, their invitation appears as pending with an option to resend or cancel
Removing a member does not delete their data. Contacts, meetings, and notes they contributed remain in the workspace.
Reinviting a teammate whose invitation expired
Magic link invitations expire after 10 minutes. If a teammate’s invitation link has expired, their invitation will show as Expired in the Members list.Magic link login
