Instant recall is on-demand AI search across your full Klipy index. Type a question or topic in plain language and Klipy surfaces the most relevant conversations, contacts, and facts—so you can prep before a call, ground a proposal in what was actually said, or recover a detail when the thread is buried. Instant recall reads across everything Klipy has ingested for your workspace:
  • Email — all captured email threads
  • Meetings — transcripts and summaries from recorded calls
  • Messaging — LinkedIn and WhatsApp history Klipy is connected to
  • CRM records — people, companies, and fields Klipy maintains from conversations
  • Pipelines and deals — deal stages, stakeholder maps, deal health scores, open action items, and all linked conversation activity across every deal
  • Interaction notes — notes tied to interactions and deals

How results work

Results are built for speed and trust:
  • Ranked snippets — The most relevant passages appear first. Each snippet links to the full conversation or record so you can read the surrounding context.
  • AI summary — A short answer at the top synthesizes the best-supported takeaways from what Klipy found—not a guess, but a compression of your own indexed material.
  • Source attribution — Facts are tied to where they came from (for example, “From meeting with Acme Corp on March 12”). You always know which interaction backs a claim.
  • Open in Interactions — Choosing a result opens the full thread or interaction in Interactions, so you can reply, delegate, or update records without losing your place.

Accessing instant recall

  • Workspace search bar — Use the search control at the top of the workspace. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to open it quickly from anywhere in Klipy.
  • While drafting — When you’re composing a follow-up or other draft, you can search for context inline so you don’t leave the composer to hunt for a quote or date.
Instant recall only covers connected channels and the history Klipy has already backfilled. It does not search raw files or attachment contents—metadata may be present, but not the body of attachments. If a channel isn’t connected yet, or a conversation falls outside your backfill window, it won’t appear in results.
