Klipy’s activation checklist is seven setup steps worth 100 tokens total, paid out all at once the moment every step is done — not one at a time. A separate +25 token bonus for connecting a messenger sits outside that 100-token pool and pays out on its own. You’ll find the checklist in Klipy’s sidebar until you claim it.

The seven steps and their tokens

Each step tracks something real you’ve done in Klipy — there’s nothing to fill in manually. A step ticks itself off the moment its condition is met. Klipy deliberately asks for the pipeline and delegation steps before it asks to connect your inbox, so you see what Klipy can do before granting mailbox access.

How the 100-token pool works

The pot is all-or-nothing: your tokens don’t land in your balance step by step. Klipy shows how many of the 100 you’ve earned so far as you go, but a Claim tokens button only appears once all seven steps are complete, and nothing is added to your balance until you click it.

The messenger bonus

Connecting a messenger — WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Telegram — earns an extra 25 tokens, separate from the 100-token pool. This bonus isn’t required to claim the pool, and the pool isn’t required to earn it: it’s offered on its own after the pool is claimed, and you can decline it if you’d rather not connect a messenger.

Where to find it

Klipy shows a small “Onboarding” row near the bottom of the sidebar, with a progress ring reading how many of the 7 steps you’ve completed. Clicking it expands the full checklist in the main panel, where you can see every step, its token value, and start whichever one is next.

The checklist only shows up for newer workspaces. If your team was already active in Klipy before this feature existed, you won’t see it — that’s expected, not a bug.

When to contact us

If you’ve completed all seven steps but the Claim tokens button never appears, or your token balance doesn’t update after you click it, reach out through the Get help option in Klipy’s Help menu. Include which step you believe was last to complete so the team can check what the checklist recorded on its end.
Mostly no — most steps complete whenever their condition is met, in whatever order you get to them. The one exception: Connect your inbox stays locked until you’ve tailored your pipeline and created your first delegation, and Scan your inbox stays locked until your inbox is connected.
No. Klipy shows your running progress, but the 100-token pool only pays out once, after all seven steps are done and you click Claim tokens.
No. The messenger bonus is a separate +25 tokens outside the 100-token pool. You can claim the pool without ever connecting a messenger, and the messenger offer stays available afterward if you want it.
Klipy locks that step until you’ve tailored your pipeline and created your first delegation, so you see what Klipy can do before it asks for mailbox access. Once both of those are done, Connect your inbox unlocks.
No. If a scan comes back with nothing to review, telling Klipy that also completes the step. You aren’t blocked from the 100-token pool by an empty first scan.
Yes. Steps like connecting an inbox are tracked per person, while steps like tailoring the pipeline are tracked for the whole workspace — so progress can look different for each teammate.
The checklist is shown to newer workspaces only. If your team set up Klipy before this feature launched, or you’ve already claimed your 100 tokens, the checklist won’t appear — both are expected.
