What Klipy's Microsoft Teams integration does
Klipy's notetaker joins Microsoft Teams calls detected on your connected Outlook Calendar and turns each one into a transcript, a summary, action items, suggested CRM record updates, and a follow-up draft you approve. This is meeting capture only, not a Teams-embedded CRM and not a Teams chat or channel integration.
If you searched for a CRM that lives inside Teams chat, that's not what this is. Klipy is an external notetaker that joins your scheduled Teams calls as a participant, records the audio, and hands the result to your pipeline. It does not read or send Teams messages, and channels aren't part of what it touches.

How it connects: no separate Teams sign-in
There's no dedicated Teams connection screen and no Teams-specific OAuth step. Connecting Outlook or Microsoft 365 under Settings → Channels is what turns on Teams meeting capture, because Outlook Calendar access rides along in that same authorization, and Klipy watches the calendar for events with a Teams link.
Connect. Go to Settings → Channels, click Connect (or Connect Outlook), and sign in with your Microsoft work or personal account. Reconnect. If the Outlook connection drops (an expired token, a changed password, or a permission an IT admin revoked), Teams meeting capture stops until it's restored. Go to Settings → Channels, find the Outlook account showing a warning badge, click Reconnect, and re-authorize in the same OAuth pop-up. You don't lose any data. Disconnect. There's no standalone "disconnect Teams" control, because there's no standalone Teams connection. Disconnecting the Outlook account (Settings → Channels, find the account, click Disconnect) also stops Teams meeting-link detection, per what counts as a connected channel. To stop just the notetaker without touching your email connection, use Delegations → Take meeting notes to turn off auto-join globally, or remove the notetaker from a single event in the Calendar view before the call. One variable sits outside Klipy's control: some Microsoft 365 tenants restrict third-party bots from joining or recording meetings.
