Entrepreneurship Roundtable (entR)

A room Klipy's COO built for women founders and aspiring founders.

entR is Klipy's first owned community: real people, in the same room, on a recurring basis, hosted by someone who is still building alongside them. It is the part of "being opinionated for a cause" that happens off the page.

What entR is

A belief in practice, not in copy.

Entrepreneurship Roundtable (entR) is an invite-only community for women founders and early-stage entrepreneurs, built to support each other through the early, messy stages of building.

Too many women are building alone or not building at all.

Most founder communities are not built for women, or for the kind of conversations that actually help.

We built Entrepreneurship Roundtable (entR) to create a better kind of founder community.

Honest conversations. Practical learning. Genuine support.

No selling. No soliciting. No shallow networking.

Every speaker is handpicked. Every participant is vetted. Every room is worth your time.

Event formats

A format for every stage of building.

The Hatch

Small ideation sessions, capped at eight participants, where ideas are born and tested.

entR Roundtable

Our signature format. A live, podcast-style conversation where a guest shares focused insights. No panels, no pitching, no selling.

Founder Labs

Practical workshops covering AI, legal, business, and other skills founders need to build and grow.

Founder Labs+

Small-group, implementation-focused workshops designed for founders ready to go deeper and put ideas into practice.

Community values

What every room runs on.

Accessibility

We create spaces where everyone can participate, contribute, and feel supported regardless of stage or background.

Authenticity

Real conversations, no sales pitches, no posturing. This is a space for shared learning, not prospecting.

Inclusion

Different perspectives make the community stronger. We challenge ideas with respect and welcome the full spectrum of founder experiences.

Connection

We foster meaningful relationships through honest dialogue and shared experiences, not surface networking.

Confidentiality

What is shared in the room stays in the room. Trust is essential to the way we gather.
