You can now leave short memos on any contact's timeline, and Klipy reads them when it filters your email and suggests what to do next. It's how you hand the AI the context that only lives in your head.
What changed
- Quick memos. Add a short note to any contact's timeline in seconds.
- Read by the AI. Klipy references your memos when it processes email and generates suggestions, so its recommendations reflect what you know about the relationship.
- On the timeline. Memos sit in order alongside emails, meetings, and other interactions.
Who it's for
Owner-sellers who carry the real story on each account in their memory. If you know the CTO is the actual decision maker and the budget clears in Q3, that judgment now shapes what Klipy suggests.
How to use it
Open a contact and drop a memo on their timeline. A few words is enough:
- "Decision maker is the CTO, not the VP. Always CC him."
- "Budget approved Q3. Follow up after July 1."
- "Prefers WhatsApp over email for quick updates."
- "Met at SaaStr. Mentioned they're evaluating competitors."
From there Klipy keeps the note in mind when it reads the thread and proposes next actions. AI is only as good as the context it has, and this is context it can't pull from emails alone. Add memos in Klipy.
