You can now see every call in one place. Meetings v2 puts your upcoming calls, whatever is happening live right now, and every past recording on a single page, so you stop bouncing between a calendar tab and a separate recordings list to find the conversation you need.
What shipped
Meetings v2 is the rebuilt meetings page: upcoming, live, and recorded calls together, with a live state on every meeting that is happening now. You can tell at a glance which calls are in progress, which are about to start, and which are already captured.
It also handles the calls that were never on your calendar. If you jumped on a call that had no event, you can record it after the fact by pasting its URL, or drop in a transcript you already have, and Klipy files it next to your scheduled meetings.
How it works
Open the meetings page and you land on one timeline. Upcoming calls sit at the top, live calls show their current state, and past calls carry their recording and notes. To capture a call with no event, paste the meeting URL or the transcript and Klipy takes it from there.
For anything you record outside a calendar event, Klipy asks you to confirm who was on the call before it maps the notes to the right contacts, so a detached recording never gets attached to the wrong deal. You can also name the notetaker that joins your calls, so it shows up on the invite the way you want.
Under the hood it covers the details that make notes usable: 99+ transcription languages; record from URL; participant-mapping confirmation for detached recordings.
Try it
Open Meetings in Klipy to see your next call, your live calls, and your recordings on one page. To capture a call that was never on your calendar, paste its URL or transcript from the same screen.
