Klipy now reads your ongoing conversations and suggests the follow-up actions to take next, clears tasks you've already handled, and sorts your day by urgency. It's the first step toward Klipy working as your AI executive secretary.
What changed
Suggestions are centralized. Every follow-up Klipy spots shows up on your home page in one view, so you don't dig through each interaction to work out what to do next.
Suggestions also manage themselves. If Klipy suggested "send invoice" and then sees you email "please find the invoice attached," it clears that suggestion because the job is done. You can push a follow-up's due date from the home page when it can wait, and every task and suggestion now carries an urgency field. Your day is sorted by it, so the most critical items come first.
Who it's for
Owner-sellers drowning in follow-through. If commitments slip because you can't track every promise you made across email and meetings, Klipy now keeps that list current for you.
How to use it
The suggestions appear on your home page on their own. Behind them, Klipy runs a continuous loop over every incoming email and meeting: it reads the message, checks for new follow-up tasks like commitments and deadlines, and checks whether existing tasks changed or are already done. More is on the way, including pre-meeting research, a daily debrief, and meeting no-show follow-up.
