Centralized Suggestions
You no longer need to check each interaction to figure out what follow-up tasks to create. All suggestions surface on the Home Page in one unified view.
Fully-Managed Suggestions
Old suggestions and tasks are removed by Klipy automatically based on ongoing conversations. For example, if Klipy suggested "send invoice" and you send an email saying "Please find attached invoice for your perusal," Klipy automatically removes the suggestion since the task is already completed.
Remind Me Later
Quickly move the due date from the Home Page if you think a follow-up can be handled a little further down the road.
Urgency
We've added an urgency field to tasks and suggestions. Today's game plan is now sorted by urgency so you always tackle the most critical items first.
How it works
We've revamped the AI workflows behind Klipy to analyze ongoing conversations more deeply. Klipy now maintains a live list of suggestions for every user, working in a continuous flow:
- Analyze message - Every incoming email and meeting is processed for actionable content.
- Check for new follow-up tasks - Identify commitments, deadlines, and action items.
- Check for task updates - Detect if due dates changed, details evolved, or the task is already done.
This keeps your task list short, current, and always relevant.
