Mailroom Upgrade - Auto-Extracted To-Do Items
Klipy's Mailroom now automatically extracts suggested to-do items from your emails and meetings. Action items surface themselves - you just review and act.
What changed
When Klipy processes an email or meeting transcript, it now identifies commitments, requests, and action items embedded in the conversation. These suggested to-dos appear directly on the interaction details page.
Examples of what gets extracted
- "Can you send me the proposal by Friday?" → To-do: Send proposal, due Friday
- "Let's schedule a follow-up next week" → To-do: Schedule follow-up
- "I'll loop in our CTO for the technical review" → To-do: Intro to CTO
How it works
Every email and meeting summary processed by Mailroom is analyzed for actionable language. Suggested to-dos appear on the interaction detail page where you can accept, edit, or dismiss them. Accepted items flow into your to-do list automatically.
