You can now ask booking questions up front and hold your calendar to the rules you actually keep. Scheduler v2 adds custom fields on booking links and advanced scheduling rules, so every meeting someone books arrives with the context you need and inside the hours you want to work.
What got more reliable
Scheduler v2 rebuilds how Klipy reads and writes your calendar. Two people can no longer grab the same slot: bookings check live availability at the moment of confirmation, so double-booking is gone. When a guest cancels or reschedules, that change syncs straight back to your calendar instead of leaving a ghost hold behind. If your day shifts, your open times shift with it, and the link never offers a slot you cannot keep.
Custom fields on booking links
You decide what you learn before the call. Add custom fields on booking links to collect the deal size, the tool they run today, the problem they want to solve, or anything else that turns a cold slot into a prepared conversation. The answers land on the record in Klipy the moment the meeting is booked, so the context is waiting for you instead of getting dug up five minutes before you dial in.
Advanced scheduling rules
You get advanced scheduling rules over exactly when and how people can book. Set buffers so calls do not stack back to back. Set a minimum notice so nobody grabs the next twenty minutes. Set a booking horizon so your calendar is not claimed months out. And turn on require confirmation when you want to approve a request before it holds a slot, rather than letting the calendar fill itself.
How to turn it on
Your existing booking link at klipy.ai/book keeps working, and the new controls sit in the same place you already manage availability. Open your scheduler settings, add the fields you want to ask, set the rules that match how you sell, and share the link. Read the full changelog for the details, or just open your scheduler and try it.
