Unibox v2 - Messaging Threads Linked to Interactions
The Unibox gets a major UI/UX overhaul with messaging threads now linked directly to interactions. Open, view, and reply to specific chats right from the interactions page.
What's new
- Thread-to-interaction linking - Every messaging thread (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) is now linked to its corresponding interaction record.
- Inline reply from interactions - Open any interaction and reply to the original message thread without navigating away.
- Refreshed UI - Cleaner layout, better thread previews, and smoother transitions between conversations.
Why this matters
Before this update, messaging threads and interaction records lived in separate views. You'd check an interaction summary, then have to find the original thread to respond. Now they're connected - see the context and reply in one flow.
