Klipy can now email you your delegation updates. Ask it to send a delegation's summaries, alerts, and outcomes to your inbox, rich or plain text, instead of opening each run to read them in the app.
What changed
You set up a Klipy delegation by talking to Klipy: you describe the routine work or research you want handled, and the assistant builds the delegation for you. From then on it runs in the background, watching a deal, summarizing replies, checking on contacts.
Until now, whatever it reported back stayed inside the app. To read it you had to open the delegation and dig into the run to find its notifications, easy to miss and not where you spend your day. Now Klipy can email you instead. Every notification a delegation posts, a summary at the end of a run, an alert when something needs you, an outcome when a task finishes, also arrives in your inbox.
You can tell Klipy how you want those emails to read. Rich emails format the write-up with a Klipy header and a button that jumps straight to the deal, contact, or conversation it is about. Plain emails are short text for when you just want the words. Set it per delegation, so a noisy monitor stays terse while a weekly research digest comes through formatted.
Who it's for
This is for anyone who runs delegations and does not want to live inside the app to see what they found. If you delegate the routine work and want the answer where you already spend your day, email notifications bring it to you.
How to use it
When you set up or adjust a delegation with Klipy, ask it to email you the updates and say whether you want rich or plain formatting. A few things worth knowing: email is off until you ask for it, so you opt in only on the delegations you want in your inbox. Emails go to you, the delegation owner, and nobody else; Klipy cannot email your customers or anyone outside your workspace yet. Nothing else about how your delegations work changes; this is only about where their updates reach you.
