Custom Rules for AI Summaries & Email Filtering

Custom Rules for AI Processes

Fine-tune how Klipy works for you. Custom rules let you control the language Klipy uses in summaries and which emails it should ignore.

What you can customize

Summary Language

Tell Klipy which language to use when generating meeting summaries and email digests. Whether your team works in English, Spanish, Mandarin, or any other language - Klipy adapts its output to match.

Email Ignore Rules

Not every email deserves to be in your CRM. Define rules for emails that Klipy should skip entirely:

  • Ignore emails from specific domains (e.g., newsletter senders, internal tools)
  • Ignore emails matching certain subject patterns
  • Ignore automated notifications that add noise to your interaction timeline

How to set up

Navigate to Settings in Klipy and find the Custom Rules section. Rules take effect immediately on all new emails and meetings processed after saving.

Why this matters

Every team works differently. Custom rules ensure Klipy's AI processes align with how you actually operate - producing output in your preferred language and filtering the noise before it reaches your CRM.
