Custom rules let you shape how Klipy works. You can set the language Klipy writes summaries in, and tell it which emails to ignore.
What changed
Two controls now live under custom rules:
- Summary language: choose the language Klipy uses for meeting summaries and email digests. Whether your team works in English, Spanish, Mandarin, or another language, Klipy matches its output to it.
- Email ignore rules: decide which emails Klipy skips entirely. Ignore senders from specific domains like newsletters or internal tools, ignore emails matching certain subject patterns, and ignore the machine-generated notifications that clutter your interaction timeline.
Who it's for
Teams that don't all work in one language, and anyone whose CRM fills up with noise. Custom rules keep summaries in the language you read, and keep low-value email out of your timeline before it ever lands.
How to use it
Go to Settings in Klipy and open the custom rules section. Set your summary language and your email ignore rules. Changes take effect immediately on every email and meeting processed after you save.
