Custom rules for AI summaries and email filtering

Fine-tune Klipy's language for summaries and define which emails to ignore, so the AI works the way you do.

Custom rules for AI summaries and email filtering

Klipy's custom rules let you set the language it writes summaries in and define which emails it should ignore, so its output matches how your team works.

Under custom rules you can pick the language for meeting summaries and email digests, and set rules to skip emails by domain, subject pattern, or machine-generated notifications. Changes apply to everything processed after you save.

What changed

  • Set the language Klipy uses for meeting summaries and email digests
  • Define email ignore rules by domain, subject pattern, or notification type
  • Rules keep low-value email out of your interaction timeline
  • Set both in Settings under custom rules; changes take effect immediately

Custom rules let you shape how Klipy works. You can set the language Klipy writes summaries in, and tell it which emails to ignore.

What changed

Two controls now live under custom rules:

  • Summary language: choose the language Klipy uses for meeting summaries and email digests. Whether your team works in English, Spanish, Mandarin, or another language, Klipy matches its output to it.
  • Email ignore rules: decide which emails Klipy skips entirely. Ignore senders from specific domains like newsletters or internal tools, ignore emails matching certain subject patterns, and ignore the machine-generated notifications that clutter your interaction timeline.

Who it's for

Teams that don't all work in one language, and anyone whose CRM fills up with noise. Custom rules keep summaries in the language you read, and keep low-value email out of your timeline before it ever lands.

How to use it

Go to Settings in Klipy and open the custom rules section. Set your summary language and your email ignore rules. Changes take effect immediately on every email and meeting processed after you save.
