Proactive Deal Movement
Klipy reviews your outstanding tasks and identifies deals that aren't progressing. It suggests specific actions - send a follow-up, schedule a check-in, share a proposal - to keep momentum going on deals that might otherwise stall.
Automatic Cleanup
Already handled a follow-up outside of Klipy? Sent that email from your phone? Chief of Staff mode detects when suggestions and drafts have been addressed externally and removes them automatically. Your task list stays clean and current without manual housekeeping.
Smart Prioritization
Not all deals need the same attention. Chief of Staff mode weighs deal value, recency of contact, and task urgency to surface the actions that matter most - so you focus on what moves the needle.
How it works
Chief of Staff mode runs continuously in the background. As new interactions come in and tasks are completed (inside or outside Klipy), the system updates your suggestions and drafts in real-time. No settings to configure - it just works.
