The event
Bloomberg's Women Community brought founders, operators, and builders together in Hong Kong on August 27, 2026 for "The New Rules of Career, Influence, and Community." Klipy's COO and co-founder, Tina Law, joined as an invited speaker.
entR on the Bloomberg stage
Tina founded and hosts entR, the Entrepreneurship Roundtable, a community for women founders and early-stage entrepreneurs. An invitation from Bloomberg's Women Community is a marker of how far that room has traveled, from a small roundtable to a name that convenes founders across the city. entR was the through-line of the evening.
What Tina talked about
The conversation moved across her path and her practice:
- Building entR and building Klipy at the same time, and why she moved from corporate life into the startup space.
- What it takes to build a tech company as a non-technical founder.
- How she uses AI in the day-to-day of running entR.
- The parallels between running a startup and running a community, and the opportunities the community has opened that nothing else would have.
- Leadership without a title: influence that comes from showing up and building, not from a line on an org chart.
The takeaway
Career, influence, and community do not run on the old rules anymore. You can build more than one thing at once, lead without a title, and let a community compound into something a resume never could. entR is where Tina puts that into practice.
