Ask Klipy Feature Retired
We've made the decision to retire the "Ask Klipy" chat feature as we look for better ways to leverage conversational interfaces.
Why we're retiring it
Since launching Ask Klipy, the market for AI chatbots has changed rapidly. Adoption of the feature remained low as users increasingly turned to general-purpose AI assistants for conversational queries. Rather than competing in a space that's commoditizing fast, we're redirecting our efforts toward where Klipy adds unique value.
What replaces it
The intelligence behind Ask Klipy isn't going away - it's being channeled into more impactful features:

- Personal Assistant - The agentic system that understands your tasks, deals, and conversations.
- Smarter summaries - Deeper analysis of emails and meetings.

If you used Ask Klipy, the same capabilities are now embedded directly into the features you use every day. Instead of asking Klipy a question, Klipy anticipates what you need and surfaces it proactively.
