# Plan & Execute

> Give Klipy a goal in plain language, review a structured action plan, then run it step by step—with your approval before each move.

<Info>
  Plan & Execute is available on **Growth** and **Professional** plans.
</Info>

**Plan & Execute** is an on-demand workflow: you describe a strategic goal in everyday language, Klipy turns it into a clear step-by-step plan, and then carries out each step only after you sign off. Use it for **complex, multi-step sales motions** that would take hours to orchestrate manually—re-engagement pushes, territory sweeps, or staged outreach—without giving up control at any point.

## How it works

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Plan & Execute">
    Open the **Plan & Execute** panel from the Home dashboard or via the AI command bar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Describe your goal">
    Type what you want in plain language—for example, re-engaging stalled deals, drafting regional outreach, or preparing materials for prospects in a specific stage.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Klipy builds a plan">
    Klipy analyzes your workspace—contacts, deals, conversations, and pipeline state—and turns your goal into a structured sequence of steps.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the plan before anything runs">
    You see the full plan **before** any execution. Each step states what Klipy will do so you know exactly what comes next.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve or edit the plan">
    You accept the plan as-is, adjust it, or stop there. Nothing executes until you are satisfied with the sequence.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Execute one step at a time">
    Klipy runs **one step at a time**. After each step, it shows what it produced—a list, an analysis, a draft—and **waits for your sign-off** before continuing.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve outputs like any other draft">
    Everything Klipy creates inside a step follows the same review path as the rest of Klipy: you can edit before you confirm, same as [Follow-ups](/guides/follow-ups).
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Example

**Goal:** *Re-engage the five deals that went quiet in Q1.*

| Step | What Klipy does | What you see |
| ----- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| **1** | Find deals with no activity since Jan 1 | A list of five deals to confirm |
| **2** | For each deal, pull the last conversation and summarize why momentum stalled | Per-deal analysis for review |
| **3** | Draft a personalized re-engagement email per deal                            | Five drafts—edit and approve each |
| **4** | Propose follow-up to-dos if there is no reply in five days | Reminder settings to confirm |

You can **abort** after any step. Steps that depend on earlier work do not run until the previous step is confirmed.

## What Klipy can plan

Goals work best when they name an outcome and a slice of your book of business. For example:

* **Re-engagement** — “Re-engage the five deals that went quiet in Q1”
* **Territory or segment outreach** — “Draft outreach to contacts at EMEA companies we have not contacted in 60 days”
* **Stage-specific work** — “Prepare proposals for the three prospects currently in negotiation”
* **Pipeline hygiene** — “List deals with no meeting in 30 days and suggest a next touch for each”

If Klipy does not have enough context for a step, it **flags the gap** and asks you for the missing information instead of guessing.

## Approval at each step

Plan & Execute is built on a **human-in-the-loop** model:

* **Nothing sends and nothing changes CRM or external systems** without your approval at each step.
* You can **stop the run** at any time; later steps will not proceed.
* **Dependencies are respected**—a step waits until the steps it relies on are confirmed.
* **Outputs are drafts first**—same editing and approval patterns as the rest of Klipy, so speed never replaces judgment.

Klipy accelerates planning and execution; **you** stay in charge of what ships.
